2009 progressive unilateral (left) tinnitus & hl. 1.5t 2013 (contrast) & 2014 (no contrast) mris of iams/brain both normal. chances of missing a small neuroma? i cant 3t mri due to magnetic implant since 2015 for other issue. 2021 ct result normal.|?

Assuming that MRI done with proper protocols and software programs, the chance of "missing a small neuroma" is very remote indeed, and based upon your description, would think a different cause is far more likely.
