I had an mri of the skull base and brain before i got tinnitus... december 2020. would that mri, if reviewed now, show or have shown/picked up if i have/had an acoustic neuroma? i have the scans?

I had an MRI for a possible skull-based tumor..Thank God not serious. I'm now concerned about possible acoustic neuroma..hearing loss in one ear, tinnitus last weekend for couple of days..better now. Would THAT MRI show/have shown an acoustic neuroma?

I had an MRI of the brain and skull-base for a follow-up of a previous lesion. Can the neuro-radiologist and/or neurologist look at THAT MRI and see if there is or was acoustic neuroma? Would they have noticed it if they weren't looking for it?
