Im 36 weeks 3 days pregnant & braxton hicks are stronger cramp period lower have been for weeks not more than 5 per hour but no blood no mucus loss , my 1st baby came 38.3 weeks, can my second be as early?

Surely you have an obstetrician who can answer you question. If he/she cannot be trusted, consider change promptly. (Incidentally, 38.3 weeks is not "early.")
