Myocarditis very uncommon but has been associated with Pfizer vaccine in particular. Seriousness can range from trivial to very serious. You need to see a cardiologist to determine. (Consequences of coronavirus infection far more common and potentially far worse). Yes, Israel having a “huge surge”of infection - overwhelmingly asymptomatic or minimal symptoms. Following full vaccination with any of the 3 USA vaccines, the stated number of breakthrough infections is 1 in 28,000, according to the data provided by HT. And vast majority of these are mild and not hospitalized. I would hope you would not get alarmed by rare side effects and obtain vaccination, as COVID-19 infection consequences remain dire in many people.
