A member asked:

I'm moving to a new country and i can't seem to find or remember my completed vaccination card. is it safe to take any particular vaccine twice?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See Below: Some states have a registry, so you could call the health department for any entered records. Tetanus DTP booster, meningitis are safe even if you were to take it again. Hepatitis A and B are similar. Generally if in doubt and if required, one can never be in trouble over immunizing. Lack of vaccine is always the problem. Hope that helps.
