In my island (pr) most of the population is vaccinated (80%) but these last days we've been seeing young people on their 30's dropping dead without apparent reason, don't get me wrong i'm 100% pro vaccine, and vaccinated, but can this be related?

People in general don't drop dead for no apparent reason. There's always a reason, and that reason can usually be determined during an autopsy. Not sure if you're asking if the deaths are due to being vaccinated or not.
