Not smart. The Dentist's office is sterile and equipped for all exigencies. Your kitchen is not. If your Dentist, after examination, x-rays, etc., feels the surgery (yes, tooth extraction is a surgical procedure) has complication risks, you will be referred to a specialist Oral Surgeon.
