Gingivitis is the inflammation of the gums. Malpositioned teeth can allow food to be caught in between the teeth and make it difficult to clean out the trapped debris. Bruxism usually results in the wearing down of teeth and the excessive forces can result in periodontal bone loss over time.

Gingivitis is an inflammatory story infective disease. Gum disease can cause bone loss, tooth mobility. Bruxism can cause tooth mobility. Some systemic diseases can make bone loss worse. You n need to see a bone/gum specialist, a Periodontist, sooner rather than later.
