COVID 19 : There are a few things of concern; shortness of breath and feeling disoriented. I am not sure without objective information but you may need to go to the emergency room now.

COVID 19: Due to disorientation, would seek emergency assessment. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant & persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion.
