You’re relatively young so if no swelling or redness arthritis unlikely (even rheumatoid usually has redness & swelling). If you are on your feet a lot &/or have changed shoe type or activity level you may have bilateral plantar fasciitis , which is helped by stretching the foot every AM before you get out of bed & when you’ve been sitting long, plus ice @ end of day, & arch supports in shoes.

You may well have heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, or tarsal tunnel syndrome, to name the most common. See a podiatrist or an orthopedic foot/ ankle specialist. Custom orthotics may be a solution, but first uncover causation.
