Not enough info: the arch is at the inner side of the foot. you have given too little information. you should follow up with a foot and ankle specialist.

More information req: Hi Theresa, How long has the pain been present for? (1 year, 6 months, etc.) How often does the pain occur? (daily?) Did you have an accident or trauma to the foot? Are you able to put weight on the foot without significant pain? Have you had xrays or doctor evaluation for this? The short answer is to have a physical examination by a doctor with xrays. This will give you the best conclusion.
