I have swelling on the right hand side of my body, mostly face and foot(ankle area). its not major but there every day. some days worse than others. my foot also gets sore if i walk alot. i had x rays of my foot and ankle and nothing is broken. ?

Further testing: required to rule out systemic illness/underlying infection or inflammation. I would suggest a comprehensive physical exam, bloood and urine testing. Cannot be diagnosed without direct observation/examination.
