Plantar Fascitis?: You should consult a Podiatrist or your Primary care doctor as y iou may have Plantar Fasctis and if it is so,will need to be treated appropriately

The heel pain: may be plantar fascitiis, the ball of foot pain is because you are straining the forefoot trying to stay off your heel. I would consider orthotics.

Plantar fasciitis.: Could be plantar fasciitis. Very treatable with supports, physical therapy and medication.
