The medication you took is a combination of 2 drugs metronidazole and nystatin. One to treat trichomonas or bacterial vaginosis and the latter treats yeast. Unfortunately, adverse effects of both drugs are diarrhea. If you was just off this drug for 2 days, wait for a couple more days, hydrate well in the meantime.

Yeast infection: Tried 1 dose of Zalain Vaginal Suppository(sertaconazole). It worked better than flagystatin. Dosage is one ovule per week. Gynae gave me 3more to use which will last me 3wks. When to see the gyane again if condition isnt better?
