I feel like i have an inflamed thyroid on my right side by trunk of neck no noticeable big bump but slightly notice when swallowing and can sometimes feel slightly congested by ear its not painful but noticeable i notice it more when i eat bad?

I’m not sure what you mean by the trunk of your neck, but the thyroid is located in the lower part of the neck, below your Adam’s apple. The fact that its not tender indicates that it’s not inflamed, but enlarged. One can have a “goiter “, or enlarged thyroid and have normal, low, or high thyroid hormone production, nodule(s),or no nodule(s). Get it checked out.
