I used an at home ua strip that showed nothing on importance but trace bilirubin and specific gravity of 1.01. what does this mean?

It is not uncommon to see trace positive bilirubin with the urine dipstick. If you have certain liver disease, bilirubin is higher in blood and urine and the dipstick will become 2+ or 3+ bilirubin. Specific gravity of 1.010 means the urine concentration is in normal range.
