The best solution to worrisome situation is gather together correct knowledge. Breast Cancer is highly unlikely at your age, it starts occurring , in rare situations, in mid 20s. You have a choice of either obtain medical examination by your family doctor. otherwise have your mother or sister to measure the size(Photograph) and see if it increases in size over 1-2 month period of time.
