I would like to get medical advice. i have been having sinus issues on and off, just got tested/- negative again. i am an asthmatic and i really want to get vaccinated but i'm still short of breath and sinuses?

It sounds like you need to have your allergies and asthma better controlled and best would be through your doc or allergy/ pulmonary specialist. The vaccines will strengthen your immunity with the cold season around the corner.
