My aunt has recently been fitted with a pacemaker is it still possible she can do certain strokes in the pool and also is there a high risk with using her mobile either holding it on by the ear?

pacemaker does not hamper any daily activity, even sports, if just depends on the persons strength and endurance. Cell phone would not affect it either.
