I got bit by an insect 3 days ago, on the inside of my right forearm, no puncher sight, arm started swelling, now whole arm swollen going up towards armpit and down to fingers, ive been to the doctor and got some antibiotics but not helped at all?

Sounds like you have a cellulitis. It may be too early to see resolution from antibiotics, but if the problem is worsening, head for a hospital emergency department and get this looked at.
