Can a massage therapist be better than a chiropractor? im not too comfortable with someone manipulating my body but the tension headaches (neck pain) daily is not good. im a pretty tight person as well and posture isnt too great?

Massage therapy can loosen you, and you might consider acupuncture, as added tool. Some practitioners are using CBD for relaxation, both physically and emotionally. Biofeedback can be useful. Exercise with a trainer might help posture. Swimming may work.
