See your current neurologist. Breakthrough seizures have to be addressed promptly as other possible medical conditions may decrease the seizure threshold and at a minimum seizure meds have to be adjusted. If not having a physician seeking medical attention at a local urgent care or ER would be best.

First, check if your meds are within standard therapeutic range, and double check that you did not miss any. You may benefit from changing your AED program, and your neurologist can help. If 3 or more different medications have failed to control your events, you might be a candidate for a Vagal Nerve Stimulator. If a focal lesion is present, surgery may be an answer.
