A member asked:

I have bilateral ovaries enlarged with multiple small follicles at periphery. my right measures 33 x 24 mm and left ovary measures 38 x 22 mm. which medicines and diet should i follow? as i have right renal calculus of size 6.2 mm?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ovarian follicles are essentially normal, and have nothing to do with a co-existent "renal stone". Ask your gyn physician about low dose oral contraceptives, which will stop ovulation and follicle production.
