I have dermoid seven mm and two centimeter follicle ovary too this month. i have had sonos every month due to dermoid at my request and it hasnt changed my ovary now measures 3.8 x 2.08 x 4 is that enlarged and should i insist on ovary removal?

No: A dermoid that small is very difficult to remove and will cause you no health concerns. Given that it is stable in size, i would monitor it no more frequently than 6 months. I wouldn't recommend removal on size alone until it is >5cm (50mm).

Not necessarily: Looks like a normal size ovary .Doesnot need surgery unless the cyst is growing or causing pain.
