My mri result for cervical is c5c6 narrowed dehydrated disck diffuse bulges causing ventral thecal impression and the neurologist says there is no option without surgery so im 32 this happens after 2 day physiotherapy before 1 week so if there any?

Am somewhat confused by the wording of your post. Gather you wish opinion involving neck surgery. If the spinal cord is becoming compressed and secondary symptoms are emerging, I too would endorse decompressive surgery, but if no dangerous mass effect, conservative treatment could be attempted. If progressive weakness, bladder problems, or severe pain emerges, these are compelling indications.
