My mri shows l4-5 mild broad-based disc bulge, which slightly indents the ventral thecal sac. prominent facets. please help!

L4-5 disc bulge disc: Very common condition and the good news is a manageable disorder. The treatment modalities are: education about your condition, physical therapy and home exercise, cognitive behavioral therapy. Medication, injections by interventional pain management specialist. Good luck.

That kind of: Radiologic diagnosis can be attributed to thousands of mri's and by itself means nothing. You must have had some symptoms before the MRI was done and those symptoms may or may not be related to the findings. Please relax and know that those findings are general and not specific for anything.
