People suffering from high levels of anxiety & depression are more likely to develop a heart condition, stroke, & high blood pressure. I suggest living an active lifestyle with daily aerobic exercise with a healthy low fat diet consisting of a lot of chicken, fish, vegetables & fruit to help improve both your mental health & physical health. Spending time outdoors is also advisable.
