Low sed rates in healthy people are usually not a cause for concern but have been noted in certain cases of liver disease,kidney disease, patients with too low serum proteins or congestive heart failure. These are chronically ill people. Your physician can advise you best.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your ESR is normal and not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
