I had a surgical abortion two days ago. my cagina lips hurt, i'm having alot of headaches, where the baby was, hurts (left side) and i can't sit up or walk around too long. is this normal? how do i know i don't have an infection?

Complications from surgical abortion very uncommon but not never. If pain (even gradually) getting better, best to wait and watch. If fever develops or pain gets progressively worse, back to clinic (or to gynecologist)
