A brief focal headache is nonspecific, and may be due to triggers in jaw, teeth, neck, sinuses, but could also be early migraine. Dehydration and Xanax can be potential triggers amongst many other possibilities. If the pain worsens or becomes impairing, contact your doctor and get this assessed.

One sided headache usually associated with migraine but there are many other potential causes- Eye problems, too much noise, Dental issues, Fatigue/anxiety, hunger/skipping meals. Muscle tension in the head &neck region, cluster headache, TMJ dysfunction & more. Infections like Herpes Simples with Trigeminal neuralgia- Specifically see PCP/ Headache Specialist or Neurologist for best management
