I need a dermatologist! i have a red ring around my mouth. what could it be?

Several possibilitys: You might have some yeast infection, but usually that is in the corners of the mouth. Frequent licking of the lips may cause irritation of the outer border due to loss of natural oils. Using lip balm, of some type, frequently until healed and avoiding licking the lips allows healing. Allergy to lipstick is another possible cause. Stop using any new products if concerned.
