An MD can help u : Are you saying it occurs more often with an irregular menstrual cycle? If so it very well could be related. Endometriosis, ovarian, uterine issues can all give you that pain. As can pregnancy. Does it feel like period cramps? How long does it last ? Do certain foods make it worse. Have you tried any meds? Does a bowel movement make it worse? Better? Constipation, muscle strrains, herniae.
