Unfortunately, is it not possible to cure schizophrenia and it is a lifelong illness. It is good that you are taking medication. Stay on your medication, even if you feel well. Do not stop or change the dose of medication, without discussing it with your doctor. Wish you good health, happiness and prosperity!
