Diagnosis: Voices or auditory hallucinations can be induced by narcolepsy, steroids, medication side effects such increased ammonia from depakote, head trauma, brain infections, stroke, illicit drugs such as coke, meth etc, this is not meant to be medical or psychiatric advice.
