It is difficult to diagnose a rash without seeing it. If the rash is getting bigger, you should see a doctor for diagnosis/treatment. What symptoms are you having-itchy, pain, etc.? You need to see a doctor who can see the rash, review your symptoms, diagnose and treat it. Best of luck to you!

Should see a dermatologist. Years ago, when generalist, we would call this type of rash "neurodermatitis", and since it was irritating, a tendency to scratch made it worse, and caused to spread. Cortisone cream seemed useful then, but would get a doctor's advice now.

Agree with Drs. Ferranti and Mechanic. It would be prudent to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis. If you are not able to see one soon, you may try Cortisone 10 cream. If it becomes worse, getts redder, or pus develops, stop using cortisone. Wish you good health!
