Sir when i was in 2nd class penclil lead stuck in hand (near the thumb) now i am 22 years old and still have black dot at that place ...........now i am too much worrying about it ....what should i do now can you please suggest me?.............?

Worrying about what? Pencil lead is not lead. It is graphite and that is an inert material that will not harm you. If it stained an area of your skin & you want it removed seek out a doctor who could do so.

The black dot is likely staining from the pencil. You may think of it as a tattoo from the pencil. It will eventually be absorbed. If the spot is painful, interferes with some activity, please see your doctor. You are likely to have a larger scar than the current spot if you elect to allow surgery on your hand.

Assume you are asking out of curiosity, as this occurred more than 10 yrs ago, and has just been sitting in place. Why are you worrying, as it merely represents a marker like a scar. Would recommend ignoring it and tolerating it.
