Need More Info: Shotty lymph nodes usually mean small but many nodes. The important thing is to see if they have fatty centers (meaning they are likely benign) or not.
From your symptoms--sore throat, headaches, fever (hot at night?) I suspect some kind of infectious condition, but you need to be examined clinically.
