I have an anxiety disorder although i'm not sure if this is part of it. i dont exactly feel out of breath or have any shortness of breath, but i feel as if i'm breathing "wrong". is this anxiety? am i focusing too much on my breathing?

Shortness of breath and obsessive focus on breathing can be one of the symptoms of anxiety disorder. Try relaxation techniques including deep breathing exercises and discuss this with your therapist for other coping tools.

yes. you have likely made an accurate self-diagnosis. However, you should still be examined by your physician to make sure you are noticing everything that needs to be noticed.
