Fenugreek seeds soaked in water can reduce hunger and help with weight loss. Cinnamon stick contains natural antioxidant and antibiotic properties. You can drink up to 3-4 cups of this per day. 10 cups would be too much and could cause vomiting, diarrhea and liver damage. Make sure you are drinking plain water and electrolytes as well, since these can also act as diuretics.
