Nightmare never end, i had one exposure , i did hiv1 rna 13 days , doctor said not cunclusive , i did combo test at 30 day , doctor said not conclusive , again i tested at 45 day and still doctor tell me i need one more test at three month ??

Doctor is correct (if unsympathetic). Test your describing definitely (-) only after 6 wks post-exposure (although if negative at 4, overwhelming like it will stay negative). Get 6 wk test for full reassurance
