The actual context in which the test was ordered will be the deciding factor. The test is many times ordered whenever lupus becomes a possibility and a rheumatologist would typically weigh in.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that,it would be prudent to consult a rheumatologist. Wish you good health!
