My hsv 2 igg test results came in 1.25 but my hsv dna pcr test was done first but came out not detected also ive never had any sores or blisters of any kind. last partner(female) i had was in march of this year. what should i do?

If you do not have any symptoms, you do not need to do anything. You may not have HSV 2. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
