Benign lymph node: From your description, to me, the swollen lymph nodes look more like benign lymph nodes. Although it is normal to be alarmed but if your ENT thinks they are okay, trust your doctor. If you are still worried- just follow up with your ENT as directed. Lymph nodes can be enlarged due to different things including infection, inflammation, autoimmune disease etc.

?benign: I do not know what you mean by "flip them up" but an evaluation may include a CBC with diff to be thorough. Most lymphadenopathy is benign, but if they persist and do not get smaller eventually, the definitive DX is made with bx.
