The most common cause of Headaches and dizziness in a young healthy person is dehydration and electrolyte abnormalities. A 14 year old male should be drinking 2-2.5 liters of fluids daily (water and electrolyte solutions). If you are an athlete, up to 3 liters. The most common sign of brain tumors is a change in vision, hearing or seizure.
