Over the last 3 weeks getting odd sensations lightheaded almost dizzy feeling like my brains being squeezed these episodes have come and go over the last year with mths in between . i do feel nauseous with it to but no vomiting occasional headache?

Ear Issue?: While this is not my primary area of expertise in my professional life I have spent years working with people who have ear related issues. What you are describing could possibly be connected to an inner ear issue. Among the things I would do would be to get a good ear exam looking at the inner ear. Vertigo in some presentation can cause these symptoms. I hope this helps.
