A pinch, followed by a thin dark line on the foot could be any number of things including a sting, scratch or cut. The important thing is that it be evaluated in person by someone who can assess and treat the foot for swelling, ulceration, unusual coloration and other tell tale signs of infection/toxins. If the numbness persists, it may be prudent to do some blood tests.

Your history seems you managed to irritate a nerve. You don’t mention if the dark line is consistent with bruising. You might’ve pinch the skin and nerve causing a neuritis or nerve irritation . Check your shoes for any abnormal stitching etc. that might’ve caused this bruising. Heat and mild message will help with and scar tissue from developing. If continues seek medical help.
