Ureaplasma is normal in the genital tract; up to half of all people your age test positive. It probably has nothing to do with your pelvic discomfort. STD and genital infection experts rarely test for Ureaplasma and understand treatment rarely is needed. When treatment is indicated, doxycycline is the treatment of choice, not azithro. Keep working on other causes of pelvic pain.
