My brother has diabetes,. and its average about 300 blood sugar while on metphormen,levamir and humalog ( sorry wrong spelling) what can he do now? this looks like its uncontrolled?

Agreed - poorly controlled. Needs additional (oral) meds, needs adjustment of his insulins. Mostly, he needs to see an Endocrinologist, Diabetetologist or a KNOWLEDGEABLE internist.

Follow Dr. L's advice. In addition have your brother see a dietician at the local hospital for proper dietary advice and supervision.
