Does it matter what i eat when on omeprazole 20mg twice daily. i started this treatment a month ago and still have acid some days. some days are good and some are bad. my gi did upper endo which was normal and said eat whatever i want?

I wonder why you are on Omeprazole if Endoscopy is “normal”. I am a believer that a healthy diet is the best cure for acidity or heartburn, and do not eat late at night.
