Lots of causes.: Any type of operation, even when perfectly performed, is a stressful period. Pain after surgery: If you are right after surgery and is gradually getting better it is ok. If it has been months it is not ok. Sometimes in rare cases tubal surgery is associated with severe pelvic pain postop that does not get better with time. In that case the recommended treatment is hysterectomy. But that is a rare event.
